Im not sure about this one. I believe energy flows. So when you talk about protecting your energy, isnt that trying to hold onto the energy you are feeling in this moment? Cause that is impossible since emotions or energy flows and can never be hold onto. That will just cause it to change in itself. Because it creates resistance to what is. How about learning how to deal with the change of energy and emotions? Flow with it rather then protecting it.
