Join me as I explore Singapore’s new bird park, also known as Bird Paradise. This attraction opened on 8 May 2023 and forms part of Singapore’s Mandai Wildlife Reserve, which comprises of the Singapore Zoo, Night Safari and the upcoming Rainforest Wild Park.
This bird park sits on 17 hectares of land, with massive walk-in aviaries to allow the birds to roam and fly freely instead of being in enclosures.
The park has 10 main attractions, as well as a Sky Amphitheatre that runs 2 shows: “Predators on Wings” and “Wings of the World”. The attractions are:

new aged jaws ride could be amazing, like if the shark chased you, could open and close its mouth, maybe rocked the boat a bit. this ride is mostly cruising casually as a shark pops out on you occasionally
They tried to be more ambitious at first, but it resulted in the ride not working nearly at all! Look at some footage of the version in the 90's, the shark actually bit the front of the boat and pulled it!
The video thumbnail alone is a top-tier submechanophobia trigger!

Yes, I would recommend Karaksa Hotel Colors Yaesu, since it is situated only about 450m east from Tokyo Station's Yaesu Central exit, which would take you about 6 to 7 minutes by foot to get there. The rooms were new, clean and nice, and the staff was helpful and conversant in English. If you book the larger rooms, these come with their own washing machine and dryer, which helps.
When was this filmed? I heard this ride had closed in Jan 2024. Is it still running?
I looked on google maps yesterday and it was drained. If I had to think why It would probably be because some of the sharks aren’t working properly. You can see in the video of when they get out of the boathouse the shark doesn’t even show up. And the jaws of the shark don’t move when it bites the cable. Probably just refixing it
I filmed this in Dec 2023. Didn't know the attraction had closed. Oh dear....I hope it is only temporary.

I must say, the tiny DJI Osmo Pocket 3 has exceeded all my expectations, It sure beats lugging around my gimbal and DSLR, which prevents me from recording spontaneously on the fly.
