@@Doggie650 I live in Brazil and teach affective neuroscience. I found it fascinating to apply these concepts to dogs, and I also discovered another profile on RUclips that applies it to horses. In Brazil, it's still relatively unknown, and I'm having difficulties finding material on the subject.

@br705 Glad I was able too. There's so much I didn't know. So so much I don't know. I do learn a lot from the people at the cultural arts center. Was just there yesterday. Lots of people out. @UpDogLA It's not the original piece of paper. The original actually said "I see your young adults out playing. Shouldn't they be doing something responsible?" To which the elders replied "play teaches responsibility". Love that it's still worth displaying

@mcdonnellshane1910 Right? It is scary!!!! Don't let the video deceive, I was not calm!!!! I panicked!!! No amount of training, preparation helped. I just know I needed to get him to shore. Once I got him, I just threw him towards shore. There was no thinking about it. If your dogs like water, don't deny them. Keep them on a long line. Go with them. Talk to them, interact with them. Recognize you're scared. It's OK to be scared. Keep games closer to the shore. I have enough other things that scare me that my dogs do. I needed that suit and cuddle session with them, just as much as they did.

Cuz that's what coyotes do.

It’s how they hunt stay dogs. The scout plays with or even mates with it to lure it to the pack to be eaten. The scout will often play with people in an effort to lure them to the pack

@@StephenAndrew777 that's an old myth. Our coyotes in SF don't do that. They will go for a smaller animal if they want. The crows actually dive bomb the coyotes and get them to leave certain areas. At least here, the BBQ pits. Certain ones

There's really no need for you to spread misinformation. You can check radio collars and almost file them in real time. It's actually encouraged.
