Welcome to Ecosse Fairground Photography, My names John and previously through the years from the early 90s worked for several showmen and families around Scotland,
Mostly on Waltzer rides but have worked on Extreme rides also which along the way from 1998 started taking photos of the rides and fairs.
Since then I started Ecosse Fairground Photography documenting the fairs and taking on-ride as well as off-ride footage of rides all over the UK and some from Europe.
The main aim is to have a channel for everyone to enjoy including the circus community, fellow fairground enthusiasts and also an archive for showmen to look back in years to come of past and present rides. I also do the videos of extreme rides with an on-ride perspective for these people who are nervous or would really want to do them to see what they are like and encourage anyone to try any of the rides.

Off-ride Footage of Raecher Hiscoe's Star fighter off-ride at Silverburn Shopping centre in Glasgow. A machine we quite like, hopefully it gets more exposure this year and gets out to a few places around the country and hopefully gathers more interest. Based on the previous concept of the sidewinder but with the gondolas positioned back to back like a KMG Experience but free swinging in addition to this with the capacity doubled to 64 riders, more looping and far more intense compared to the sidewinder concept

Another play around with warped idea's and concepts... This one being the sidewinder which is probably more similar in ways to a fabbri cataclysm crossed over with a booster king size idea with double gondolas for a full capacity of 32 riders

That's what he's paid to do, I was only on there for footage, if I hadn't the body cam on then fair enough I can walk right out to the end of the platform no problem

Technopower Tivoli Remix 2 looks a stunning Extreme my personal favourite is Mannings Aeronaut , & John Parish's , also did Air Raid 1 a few years ago but Void & air Raid v2 also look amazing machines too , great footage too John 👍

Yeah it's fast but the swing on the cars is wild
This Silverburn carnival looked good , decent ride line up there too with Techno Power & Taylors Waltzer , Star Fighter , Twister . looks a great fair John 👍
Yeah I was hoping to see Air Raid 2 again but unfortunately it left to go to Perth spring fair, but I got the added bonus of Technopower turning up instead as I didnt catch it at Edinburgh with the flash opened out and it was all christmas bling

Yeah nice little ground and the showmen there were sound, lovely bunch of people and had a good natter with a few of them. This is the 2nd time Ive been but unfortunately the first time I went a few years ago they were still building up. not a far walk from the city centre either if you do find yourself in Glasgow Chris
