Haha I never saw this before. Just a note though…it is not a FrauGruber beer. It’s a BrewHeart beer (collab with Hopsmash) and it was brewed at FrauGruber. 🙃

Just had it in Taiwan. I loved it but I love yuzu, and yes it was yuzu forward.

I first drank this one several times over a decade ago and I swear it tastes better today, less bitter and a little more sweat. Back then it was bitter oily more herb smelling too - good, but more fierce compared to other IPAs. Maybe my palate shifted haha but I do suspect they may have improved it but the herb smell is not as strong. Friends would joke if they literally mixed in some legal cannabinoid oils - they just aligned a similar vibe from the hops most likely, plenty of opportunity there. More proper IPA vibe, glad you got to enjoy, cheers from Austin, TX here

Just to be clear, Pilsner (Plzen) is a city, Budweis(Ceske Budejovice) is another city. They are both their own thing. 🙂

I was lucky to bump into Mikey @ Barson last week and had the opportunity to try the Creme De Cacao (along side the also awesome gin). I must say it is a VERY drinkable definitely gives the likes of Patron's XO Cafe a run for it's money. Also awesome that it's 100% homegrown. As you say it's going to make someone a lot of money :)

It's the only beer i can have in Thailand thus far as the Gluten ppm is low. I actually enjoy this beer too.
