Try screw rotation several times. Mostly it is working. It is a fully mechanical system so you can fix it

No. It's an industrial sewing machine not recommended for embroidery works. Main advantage is its speed. But you can do some works by winding embroidery thread 🧵 on bobbin if needed 😊👍.
