How can sales-led SaaS embrace Product-led Growth to drive net new ARR?
Просмотров 822 года назад
- Today’s SaaS boardrooms are abuzz with conversations about Product-led Growth (PLG). It’s no surprise as to why. Amidst a choppy macro landscape, investors looking for efficient growth are naturally drawn to PLG for its lower CAC and higher LTV relative to sales-led SaaS. RevOps leaders have been tasked with sorting the operational challenge of launching a PLG motion that complements - rather...

Audio is super low
These series have been incredibly helpful for me to learn everything there is about SFDC reporting. Thank you for doing these!
Great video. Simple and easy to understand.
Very insightful! Thanks
Good vdo!
As usual, Dōjō kicks it! Thank you for another great session!
I am wondering: is it technically feasible to setup and enable Snapshot Reports for a more complex report structure, like 'Opportunities with Opportunity Products' or is this limited to one-level object? Can't help but think this could be taxing on data quota...?
Hey, thank you so much for the video. I have a question: Is it possible to track progress in option 2 in hours instead of days?
Very cool Thanks for the video. Do you have a video going into the details about how to create a report/dashboard off of the newly created snapshot info once data starts populating?
Hi, I have a question: Is there a way to download a report with conditional formatting applied and also send it via mail with the report attached? Either in classic or lightning experience?
Very valuable ressource. Thank you so much for sharing this. I will be wathching the whole list.
very useful really
Hello. Thanks for the video it is very helpful. I am having a really hard time getting my picklist field to let me map into the field from the source report. I have it as a text field on the object and the picklist is on the report but it does not let me choose the option of the picklist when mapping. Do you have any thoughts as to why? Thanks!
The answer is because this guy does not understand what *customer success* is. Once he learns the ins and outs of actual customer success, he’ll realize why Gainsight is far superior to a sales tool like SFDC He’s not there yet lol.
Can we display the dashboard on home page in mobile app ??
Evan is a genius. This approach is so powerful.
Amazing tutorial every thing is discuss clearly and very easy to understand for everyone
David, great to see you on RUclips!
Hello, I have created this in our Salesforce org for a custom object we have called “pricing requests”. I am wanting to track the time in each stage as you show in this video and on the OPfocus webpage. The issue I am having is the new “request stage change record” is being created when changing the stage manually; however, it is mot creating a record if the stage is changed by another process builder or approval process. Any advice on this?
Would love to see an example of this using a summary report (where totals are grouped) in order to keep row counts manageable. Having a hard time getting the fields to show when in summary report to map accordingly.
Hi Jon, thank you for the feedback. I will commit to doing another Dashboard Dōjō session on reporting snapshots... by far this has been the most popular of our over 30 hours of videos so far. You can find the others at: www.dashboarddojo.com/resources/. David
not a great instructor.
Hey thank u for your vidio really works but I have an question as you know the quotations changed to won or lost so can have a report for last year or last three months before thr quotations had changed please help
I still can't get that second PARENTGROUPVAL formula to work. Did he post the new formula yet? Also when I try to use GRAND_SUMMARY, I get an error that says it doesn't exist. Is there some type of trick to using that function?
Can you do one of these for capturing trends in your lead pipeline? Im having trouble illustrating how our lead pipeline morphs
Hi - yes, create your source report on key fields from the Lead object- ie Name, Status, etc. Create a target object which has a corresponding field for each of the columns in the source report plus a date field called Date to store the date of the snapshot. Then tee up the reporting snapshot to run on a regular schedule- ie weekly. Watch the data flow in and then create your reports and dashboards! Good luck!
Extremely informative, thank you! I love that this exists.
Thank you, Jessica! We have over 30 hours of other Salesforce report and dashboard videos on the Dashboard Dōjō site: www.dashboarddojo.com/resources/.
instead of a field for each stage can you help me know how to create a single field which displays duration of current stage?
Thanks so much for this video! Really helped me with a huge project that is working very well now :)
That helped me a lot thx
Loved this content. Thanks @David for hosting a great place to talk about best practices with Dashboards.
Thanks for the informative video! Had a quick question regarding the Projected Amount Won formula for the Joined - Won Opps and Open Opps report: The first block we filtered for Closed/Won Opportunities only, and by that logic, won't the win rate always be 100%? In which case the Projected Amount Won would always equal the Sum of Amount for Open Opps? (multiplying amount:sum x1)
I like your vids. I think you deserve way more views. If I was you I would look into using smzeus . c o m. I’ve been using it to promote my main channel and it helped me get my videos higher in the search results!
Will this component also show on Mobile App ? As far I know, Custom Lighting component won't be visible on Salesforce Mobile App.
While attaching static resource file getting error as "Error: static resource cannot exceed 5 MB". My downloaded file size is 8 MB. What can I do now?
Awesome video. A quick idea on Lightning components. keep going, buddy. They are very helpful for beginners.
Hi to learn is there a free version of the dev console?
