I been with Sprint for 5 years had not an issue until last month the network was horrible! I called Customer Service and went to 2 different stores to let them know I was having an issue with their network and they were bullshitting, so I went back to AT&T because every now and then I want to talk on the phone.

They have been telling me this shit now for almost 2 years I join spent two years ago and I cannot get any good service at all nobody can hear me good at all but when I use Wi-Fi calling people can hear me good there’s nothing going on with your phone is sprint sprint coverage sucks and everybody north about it and print it should be sued

Yup, they're lying c-suckers. I went with Verizon. I have 40 hr work weeks alone in calling sprint and complaining. Btw, sick of the foreign countries who can't speak English. Stick a 2x4 up your a$$ Sprint, you're parhetic🖕

I was crazy enough to go with Sprint ONLY because of the price and I was a former Boost customer. It didn't take long for me to find out that the service is sub par. So switched out of it. Now I'm back with T-Mobile and sure do miss them.

I am a new customer to Sprint and I can see what people are talking about that sprint sucks big time. The day I sign up they lie to me a few times, they lie on the phone price, phone services, discounts. The customer service provider could not even gave a good details about the plan charges and surcharges. She said you will receive it later. To my surprised, yes I received a bigger bill than I was expecting, I had to make some changes and pay some more money at front to lower the monthly fee. To make the history short. I have been 20 years with Verizon, wireless and internet. Verizon have good plan, services but not all data. I Changed from Verizon to Sprint for all data services hoping that also they will have good connection services with the family calls. So far I am not satisfy with the services, I don't think I will stay with Sprint too long, as soon as I can I will change to a better carrier. If Verizon offer unlimited data, I will used Verizon for my mobile again. The only complain I have about Verizon is: I used a lot of gigabytes and they are very expensive. That's why I moved to unlimited data to Sprint, but not for too long. lol Thanks for the info. Xxfile7
