This are the kind of moments when the remake/rebirth combat reaches its absolute crescendo. It flows so fucking well, looks cinematic af and makes you feel goddamn invincible. Adding some kingdom hearts flare to ff’s combat is exactly what the gameplay needed.

It would have been cool if activating their LB’s actually did start a special paired animation of their swords connecting, this definitely looked cool but you can tell it’s just both the LB animations playing concurrently, not a true clash.

I can't wait when Cloud unleashed Omnislash while Sephiroth unleased Octaslash at the same time.

With How Zack survive now and Aerith could survive too (because i believe she will), we could have those three Team up against Sephiroth and make some Incredible team up Limit Breaks, Especially Cloud and Zack, imagine Two Buster Swords combined together against Sephiroth's masamune while Aerith is supporting from the Ground.... It would be nice to see that happening whenever in Part 2 or even Part of the next Sequel ✨🤙

This is how I know Nomura directed this game, say what you want about him but when it comes to cinematic sequences and moments he’s one of the all time greats in gaming
