In July I wanted to film it but when I asked the manager, she said that filming wasn't allowed in the store😢 I want 2 fly back just for this store😂 I wish you guys had an outlet open to the public out there like the Disney character Warehouse

I have been a pass holder for years you can go to guest services and buy the parking it is 89.00 for the til your pass expires in 2025 it pays for it self quickly the last two years are basically only had a pass for parking on my pass, but this last coming year, my husband wanted a parking pass on his renewal passes for us to parking passes two meal plans and a premium drink plans comes to about $52 a month but it’s worth it to buy the parking pass instead of having to pay $30 every time you go

People need to stop making these excuses for rude cast members by just saying “oh they must be having a bad day” or “oh they must be stressed” NO! If you are stressed or in a bad mood you have no right to take that out on your guests who have paid hundreds of dollars to be there and expect to be given proper customer service. I don’t always want to be at my job but when I am I ensure that I treat every single customer I encounter with the decency and the respect that they deserve.
