Forza horizon 3 looks 10000 times better and runs 10000 times better, and even the physics are 10000 times better

cpu almost hitting the limit while fps only hover around 50-60fps is concerning.

Have you encountered cpu bottleneck and related to it stutters and freezes in any game you tested so far? Would you try to go for a cpu with more cores even at a very low budget?

Install launcher it will create empty ArenaBreakout... folder, close the setup. Open again the setup and choose the folder path created before, it will now install the launcher properly.
