Andy tries out a Kush Kard
I bought a Kush Kard to try it out. Tiny card. It was not easy to get the pre-roll in the card. It was almost impossible to get the card with the pre-roll into the envelope provided. My advice would be to get a larger envelope! Or buy a Cannabis Card!

Whirlpool Duet Front-Loading Washer water level sensor fix
Просмотров 18 тыс.5 лет назад
After trying a bunch of suggested procedures for repairing my Whirlpool Duet Front-loading Washer, I tried this last procedure which repaired my washer. I had already tried unplugging the unit for a while then plugging it back in. I checked and cleaned out the discharge hose. I checked and cleaned out the filter. I even pulled and replaced the pump. None of that stuff worked to fix the problem....

Thank you for posting this - exactly my problem!
If the pump discharges water well it is likely working. If the bearings are worn out it will not start every time. That would be an intermittent problem. Just makes a noise without pumping. The shaft will have a lot of play at the impeller.
I have blown compressed air through the hose to clear them. Don't know if that works every time.
Just like all the other comments, Thank you! I wish I had watched this months ago.
Exact same problem with me. I also replaced the pump prior to cleaning out that water sensing hose. Thanks for posting.
Thank you Sir. That hose was 100% plugged on my machine. I went down the same road as you and was ready to toss the machine. Then I saw your video.
Thanks
F21 is my code, and I will attempt this tomorrow on my whirlpool washer. It is filled with water, then it locks door pushes code f21 with a humming like sound.
Thank you for this!!!! After replacing the sensor switch and the air flow hose - it still didn’t work. Gunk in the bladder was my problem!
Absolutely on target! Thanks. Mine looked a bit different but same problem. F02 error. I had cleaned filter in front, replaced pump, worked for a while. Took off the back found the connection from the pressure switch. One screw and a clip to take it off, then cleaned it out. Bingo!
Thank you!!!! I have a Maytag Epic model MFW9800TQ0 which is very similar to the Duet. The error was F-02 (not draining), although the pump checked out and was working. I cleaned the golf tees and other gunk out of the pump filter. I went ahead and ordered a new pump because that is what the manual says & I thought maybe it was worn out and weak, for it is probably 14 years old. But I got to thinking, there is no water in the tub - something is telling it there is water when there isn't. Like you suggest I pulled the back off and found the pressure switch hose. the hose leads down to a clear plastic chamber (Air Trap part no. 461970200391) that connects to the bottom of the tub. Because it is clear, I could see the sludge in the chamber & I was thinking I had the same problem you had. Sure enough, I cleaned 14 years of gray sludge out this plastic thing & now it the washer doesn't think it always has water in it, when it doesn't. Now the washer adds more water to the wash too, because it has been thinking it had water. This is the only video I found for this issue. It took me a day to figure this out (with your help), but I am not out shopping for a new washer. Thank you. Thank you!! I really appreciate you taking the time to post!!
That is what our washer is doing but the crazy thing is....it is not throwing a fault code. I did the filter clean out and the whole 9 yards but never paid any thought to that on the tub. Great troubleshooting. I'm going to go right now and clean that out and give it try.
Thanks, that was my problem. Appreciate you taking the time to make that video!
I changed the level tube blow thru it first it seamed restricted works fine now
Thanks, this worked for me as well
I’ve cleaned the filter, changed the water valve. When the washer first starts it’s acting like it wants to drain first. Water is not filling. Facet to hose is good. Is this hose found behind the back panel? I dread taking all those screws out.
Dude... This was the LAST step I had to do to get my Whirlpool Duet working... Did everything else.. cleaned out the filter (almost impossible to get to! - thanks whirlpool accounting guys!) and had NO IDEA where the pressure sensor was. Watched this and found it in the back right away... FULL of gunk. YOU ARE A LIFESAVER. Thanks for posting this!
Thank you!!!!
The video was zoomed in. Was that the back of the tub?
First, thank you times a million! This helped us realize what was wrong with my 2013 whirlpool duet & it only cost $60 vs $800+ on a brand new washing machine! No one else has mentioned this problem online. Mine was continually filling water & wouldn’t shut off. I had to stop my machine and hit drain and spin a couple times to empty it. Changed the water level switch first, which wasn’t the issue…it was the long air hose you showed in your video. We put it in a basin of water and blew air through and found a hole in it. It’s been replaced and now works as good as new!
What was the code F?-E?
What error code were you getting
Thanks for the video brother!
??mmm?l? L??mm??m???l
Your story is exactly like mine, except I didn’t replace any parts yet. It solved my problem. Thanks for posting.
Glad I saved you wasting money, time and effort on replacing the pump!
Thanks for this, sounds like my issue. Getting code F21 which indicates that it’s not draining but in fact it is draining just fine. Figure that the controller isn’t getting the message that it’s drained, so it’s got to be the same issue you had, or the pressure switch. I’ll try your fix first.
Were you getting error E1F8 at some point?
I don't remember the Error Codes I was getting. I think there was an error code after the washer was trying to discharge water after a while and there was no water in the tub. The water was actually just caught in that little tube or reservoir or bladder on the back - clogged by all that crap build up. Since there was water caught in that reservoir, the drain pump kept activating and thinking there was still water in the tub even though there was no water in the tub. I remember seeing some maintenance instruction in a pocket inside the side or top of the washer after I opened the thing up. And in that service manual is where I saw the recommendation to check and clean out that reservoir. Washer still working fine now! Never needed the new pump :( What a waste of money, time and effort!
Love the music! And the great end credits 😂
