This was a great episode. The bootcamp/fast track path is something many of us in IT have experience with, and the transformative effect of such programmes should not be overlooked. I'd implore any potential career changers for the IT space to look into these areas more closely, as I know from my own experience that many major consultancies value the training and preparation that candidates gain there. It could be final piece of the puzzle for many.
