If you would like you can phone record the ceremony and then send it over to your family and friends or post on social media!! If you want to get more personal, what most couples do from overseas - they make a montage with the best memories of their special day and present it to their dear ones by holding a gather together “reception”. You can invite everyone to a dinner where you can play video highlights and photos of your favorite day and have a great time together with everyone! Just make sure the restaurant you choose has a TV screen where you can share your memories with your loved ones❤ Much love VFMW

My husband & I got married in 2018 but it was just a simple quick courthouse wedding so we said for our 10 year we’ll renew our vows & I cannot wait to finally plan something 😭 all I want is to take photos at this exact location w my wedding dress, my husband & kids so it’s insane how this video pops up on my feed 🥹 such beautiful photos!

I was also at WPPI 2023. I'm wondering why you were using a flash because all of the model booths had their own preset strobe or continuous lighting. There was no need for an individual flash on camera. I too was shooting with an EOS R with an 85mm F/2 IS STM lens. That was a perfect combination for the model booths at WPPI.
We ended up not using the flash, originally we wanted to showcase it but didn't need it.

Not for weddings if you can get a camera with dual card slots. Also don't buy SD cards from Amazon. What Amazon does is put their SD cards and third party sellers SD cards in the same bin so even if you buy from Amazon sometimes you can get a bootleg SD card from China.
