I noticed that, too. It was more common than you'd think for film scores to be reused. The ending of Die Hard (where Al kills Karl) famously used part of James Horners Aliens score as well.

Read the book back in the day. Ending was complicated different even more dramatic story ending in the book.

I agree that Modell is a jerk for what he did to Browns fans. However, he consoled Byner after the call. Also, others are jerks such as Mayor Ralph Perk, Mayor Mike White, and Al Lerner for what happened. Although, Art Modell doesn't get a pass for selling out. The municipal government is partially responsible. Sadly, many people will remember Earnest Byner for the fumble. Just as they remember Art Modell for the move or Scott Norwood for the missed field goal in Super Bowl XXV. The latter wasn't Cleveland, but Buffalo. However, that's unfortunately true. Sadly, bad things get remembered, too. That however, doesn't mean that, Earnest Byner didn't have a great career. He may not have been Eric Dickerson, Emmitt Smith, Barry, Sanders, or Thurman Thomas, but he was still a stellar player.
