for others, where is not working, make everything like in the video but add this: Control panel, Program Features, Turn Windows Features On and Off, find SMB V1 and check it. Windows will set needed file and ask to reboot. It is about smb v1 turned off in windows

Just wanted to put up a solution I had similar to this. Mines said paper jam in a certain panel.. however my paper jam was a paper bin in a nearby location. Just putting it out there in case it helps
