Each X screw terminal corresponds to one button on the door station. Thats what gives ring to a specific apartment station. Theres no way around it.

If you are using the system with ONLY telephone dialing and mobile app calling, you'll need Internet for sure, otherwise the system acts as more of a directory. Internet is, in this case, really no different than power -- if you lose power the system stops working too. There are ways to provide backup power and/or Internet if that is a concern for a particular job. We are releasing in the next month or two LAN-Capable monitors that will still function without Internet, assuming the door station and monitors are on the same LAN. We also offering integration to existing analog systems and those functionalities still work without Internet. Thanks for commenting!
