Year and half to wait for Hyundai Kona battery. Under warranty. Hopefully Hyundai extends the customer warranty period letting vehicle sit like that.
Yes the music is very annoying especially when you are talking about what the guy is doing
Hi Team, can you please share the link for the table you guys using 5:08. Thanks!
Music is like from a 80's porn!!!
Dang music ruins the video.
Interesting video. Thanks you for it. Hey, what’s the car at 25:32 ? Looks like an updated Tesla Model Y.
❤❤ Video Seher gut 👍❤️🇭🇷🇨🇭
Surely the battery pack changes the actual status of the car, different battery identification??
This drive unit is a remarkable and simple part of the vehicle. A few gears and bearings, inverter and circuit boards, and no shifting like old transmissions with clutches, solenoids and gears and many moving parts, where any can fail. Electric vehicles look so much better for repairs than a ice with head gaskets, cylinders pistons , cam shafts.. don't know why vehicles don't switch to these types of drive units with one continuous acceleration. Consumers wouldn't need costly repairs from mechanic shops.. now all the battery operated vehicles need is to make batteries easily accessible or modular and plug and play. Have a bad bank, or cell and simply take one out and put in another.
Где можно купить? there is a modified coolant manifold
Background music is incredibly annoying! It bear’s repeating! I hope you did not have to pay a royalty for the music usage, if so you wasted the money!
Thank you very much! Investing in the EV rollout and support …. Many many thanks. The dealerships don’t seem to be doing any of this. Is there a list of you folks??? I have a wonderful old Leaf with lots of use left that the dealership has no business dealing with after $2500 pricetag involving replacement with❤ aftermarket parts. And yes they are not sure if the next step should have been the first. The price for that replacement is $2375. Crazy. They spend a lotta time on the phone with Nissan deciphering codes. Obviously they don’t know how to troubleshoot EVs. And I do mean the EV Tech on rotation staff hopping between several regional dealerships. On the phone with Nissan figuring out error codes.
Completely RUINED by the music.
Audio is horrible. Didn't you test it at all?
Music is the...
Sorry, but too many of these panel discussions are mostly unintelligible. Recording in an echoey room would benefit from connecting to the audio feed. Luckily for me I’ve heard all these talking points before.
Yes the sound is terrible, I want to hear what all these guys and gal have to say but I am not sure if I can sit through all the background noise and chatter.
Ignore all music nags. The music is great.
should you discharge the battery pack before you remove it?
How many years that Fiat 500 with original battery before replacement new one?
why annoying music in the back ground.
Thank you for a positive EV battery repair video. Keep up the good work, you’ll be rewarded for being an innovator.
Thanks for a very good video
Wow, what a great content 😍 Such a great channel! thank you for sharing this wonderful video ❤ Newly subbed and will be waiting for more content ! 🙋and greetings from Istanbul TURKEY 💛🤗
where are you guys located?
I have a 2023 Model 3 Performance US version. They say I can use Dexron 6 ATF for drive unit fluid. Can I use Redline D6 ATF since it satisfies the Dexron 6?
Thanks 👍
Great video ! Keep up the good work - it's really needed !
Awesome video..super helpful as I navigate the idea of buying a late model Leaf with the 9-10 bars and overtime possibly getting individual packs/cells or even whole pack replaced as prices fall. :) Cheers from Victoria BC :)
Subbed :)
You cannot interchange any Tesla with Toyota...a noise could be the drivers wheel which has to return to Tesla it is WARRANTY problem..
Hello.. i want to take training its possible
I always wanted to fix a transmission.
Don't buy electric! REPAIRS ARE HORRIBLE!!
Wow you have to drop the entire rear suspension for a battery repair? I hope this is isn't true for all EVs.
Seems live a very major failure on a relatively new car which will cost quite a few bucks. So much for low maint EVs lol
The video said the car is a 2014. Doesn't seem relatively new to me. I've seen a Toyota Camry engine leak oil after just 4 years. How long has Toyota and most other major car companies been making car engines - 50 to 100 plus years? I don't think Tesla was making electric car motors for that long in 2014, let alone in high volumes of millions of cars a year until lately.
You need to repost this without stupid music.
Battery repair?! This was merly an exchange of a box of electronics - change the title please, thank you.
Toyota Drive Unit Repair🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡🤡
How much miles or kilometers has this car done before this?
How much does it cost to repair precision?
I thought golf cart motors were complicated. Get the bearing separate. JOKE at 18000 rpms. I don't think I'll be buying an electric car anytime soon.
I wonder how many 10 thousands of dollars that cost.
TESLA MIXED WITH TOYOTA 🤔🤔🤔
So even the one part moving object needs to be removed like the engine we are running away from?
Good technician wearing watch with repairing components stupid
Standing under a tow motor with load is so unsafe. Wow
Amazing engineering. There's always a 'seal' that breaks down somewhere though isn't there...
Seems like keeping a safety release plug under a bolted plate is not a good idea, maybe I’m wrong.
So all of this over engineering when it comes to developing a drive unit for an EV, and they can't even come up with bearings that are rated for their intended use and speed?? I'm keeping my 20 year old gasoline car.
So just confirming the suspect bearing failed due to the coolant seal leak??????????
Good video, made hard to watch by the repetitious and unnecessary music. Why do people continue to make this mistake?
