I moved in to this one bedroom plus den apartment from my studio apartment January 2021. I had quite a few things I wanted to get before I could film this but I am very happy to share its completion! I decided not to show the den as that is just used as a small storage area. Aside from that, I have done my best to create a beautiful space that I can call home! I hope you enjoy the tour!

Hello! Welcome to my under 400 sqf studio apartment in Downtown Victoria! I moved in here in February of this year and really wanted to make it a positive place for myself! My inspiration was a modern boho vibe with a touch of feminism. Overall I love my little home and I hope you do too! This video was filmed with an IPhone 11 Pro.

Lovely, you did it a great job in making it your own taste and style. Different than most decor I 've seen in apartment tours....very spacious feel to it! And nice editing too.

I have looked at a lot of studio apartment tours, but I really enjoyed this one because we actually got to see the apartment and not listen to a lot of dialogue about people's dog, or have to watch them posing in the camera doing selfies when they should be showing the apartment, or telling us that's the front door as if we don't know what one looks like. I liked the view out of your window, as I hate to be on the first floor, because it gives some privacy. Great video and beautifully decorated, not too little or too much. Very comfortable and cozy! 😊
Yup sometimes they explain every things they've got detaily such as price, function, bla bla... It really wastes times.

The view is spectacular and the apartment is well organized but I am assuming the rent would be batshit high....
Rent in my city even if it's a dump no matter the location is high. Unfortunately that comes with choosing to live here.
