Highland cattle in Scotland, oblivious to the motorists trying to get from Loch Tay to Glen Lyon.
Thank you for sharing this!
I cant prove it...but I think James Horner was inspired by him. I can hear what Basil already did in James Horners works.
You just feel this is a good person.
This is a gem of interview. I, not so long developed a love and interest in film scores. something about this genre of music just works for me, specially when its such a good soundtrack that it can stand on its own without the visuals it was intended to aid. that is why I find his take on film scores working and being enjoyed alone as disembodied, quite funny, considering that he made the Conan The Barbarian soundtrack which works incredibly well alone, even without the film.
Thanks for putting this to watch. I was on the saxon left for that weekend . I have tried to see my self no luck . But thanks a lot
How much space !!!!!!
Thank you. BP is the best orchestral composer of the modern era.
Thanks for the upload! I like the different perspectives reflected here.
Wow this is super rare very cool his music is so underrated
hear the sounds of scottish traffic in the background
I miss Basil Poledouris's unique sound in films today, Bear Mccreary tried to pay tribute to him in the main theme from Masters of the Universe Revelations but I still miss that unique Poledouris sound.
I wouldn't call myself a soundtrack collector, I love the art of film music, there are so many scores out there and I will never hear all of them nor remember them all, just the highlights from a score that I resonate with emotionally, I personally don't wanna hear every score that's been produced in the past 100 years or so. If I like a score I'll remember it and probably own a copy but there's just too many composers and soundtracks I'll never care for or need to listen to.
How fantastic that you uploaded this footage, thank you.
Can ye tell me the name a the song?
Fun fact - the music in the background isn't edited in, it is the actual sound of scottish nature
I stayed in Youth Hostel here!

Hello
Good way to release stress!
Deserves more views!
Wow!
Explaining why you were late for work! 🐄 🐮 🐄 🐮
"Honey, I will be late for dinner" "Why?" "I´m in traffic jam" "What?! Here in middle of nowhere?"
BEAUTYFUL....Animals & Scenery🥰🥰🥰🥰
World’s cutest traffic jam.
Awesome.
The whole video clip I was expecting to see Rob Roy getting around and removing his caws from the road...Just joking. While traveling in the Scottish highlands, it happened the same to me, but there were ship, a lot of them jamming the narrow road.
Why do I imagine William Wallace riding a Highland cattle into battle when watching this?
Just amazing the view with the music.
Is there a bag pipe radio station in Scotland?
Like ponda in cow
Was that the biig old bull you passed on the left side?? Anyway, what's the rush, it's their road too, LOL!
Brilliant.
Happy days, cheers for that had to laugh at the plonker stopping at the cromlech bridge like there wasn't enough room. Now the old game was to freewheel down from Pen-Y-Pass and you had to be doing 30mph as you entered Nant Peris, if you are going faster do brake on entering the Village.
Hi do you know of any free parking spots near mount snowdon?
@@Jk-oz5qn Are you planning on walking up the Big Hill? If so park in Llanberis and you can get the Snowdon ranger bus up to Pen-Y-Pass, walk up the Miners path and then come down the tourist path back into Llanberis. Don't try parking in the pass, it's getting silly and the Police are handing out tickets and even towing some cars away!
@@iaincphotography6051 thanks for the heads up pal 👍😊
Hello
