Unfortunately the exact recipe is unavailable, but as a chef you are fully capable of adjusting the quantities of each ingredient based on your taste & budget preferences! I'm much of an "eye-baller" when it comes to measuring. 😂
Why can they only be frozen for 1 month?
These can probably be frozen for up to 3-4 months, but since I did not actually test the flavor & texture after 1 month, I didn't want to guarantee they would still be good later on. :)
celery in egg salad. no. just no.😊 whole fat yogurt is better.
If I made this recipe again, I probably wouldn't add celery either. :) But whole fat yogurt can be super delicious & satisfying, too. Totally up to the chef!

Thank you! It's massaged kale, roasted acorn squash with nutmeg, roasted chickpeas, toasted walnuts, vegan feta cheese, pomegranate seeds, and a homemade dressing.
If I do the single serving cup. How much ranch seasoning do I put? 1 tbl? Etc
I would start with 1 teaspoon and taste test. If you want more flavor, continue to add another 1/2 teaspoon at a time.
Can you use almond milk instead of the milk ?
Absolutely! There are plenty of non-dairy yogurt and milk options in stores that can replace traditional cow's milk yogurt.

Do you have a list of the amount of oils and seasonings that you used?
Here's a general guideline to the recipe ingredients, but adjust the quantities however you see fit for your preference. :) 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 medium sweet onion, thinly sliced 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar 8 ounces button or baby portabella mushrooms, cleaned, trimmed & sliced 2-3 garlic cloves, minced 1 tablespoon dried thyme ½ teaspoon black pepper ¼ teaspoon salt

Im ashamed of how I massacre my onions and garlic 😔. Those are very sharp knives as well 🤔. As for the hearty soup. I vision mine with bolder tomato and old bay taste with shrimp , lump crab and diced beef. But im just a Baltimoron😉. Seriously I think plant based meals are gonna be the wave of the future ,so we better keep our eyes open! Thanks again...🥇 Tasty and healthy as always.

Thanks for your feedback. I try to make all my recipes modifiable to fit any diet. This video was recorded for a specific audience recommended to reduce saturated fat intake, although I understand that is not a necessity for everyone. Feel free to enjoy which ever yogurt type you prefer! :)

Yes! The tahini dressing can look a little rough at first, but I love your option to also use yogurt to make it smooth & creamy!
