I know many people who have accepted Yeshua and had tattoos Is there a difference in cutting oneself vrs getting a tattoo? Not really A needle is still cutting into the skin leaving ink in its place. I dislike the argument in light of preaching the gospel. What is more important a soul saved or browbeating a person with tattoos? No do not get more once saved. Honor GOD . In the long term we will be getting new bodies(so to speak) & many others things will be new in new heaven and earth. No sun no night no stars. GOD’s glory will be the light. Here is the way I look at tattoos.Did Jesus or his disciples have tattoos? Did Paul have tattoos? Is it mentioned anywhere in the Bible specifically that tattoos are acceptable anywhere on the Bible. I think the best anyone can do is interpret passages in the Bible to justify tattoos. I am a sinner like everyone, but I will not tell anyone to sin just to justify myself. To me tattoos are not to be anywhere on the body because nowhere in the Bible does Jesus or his disciples ignore what is mentioned in Leviticus. Have a blessed day everyone!

The "curtain" of the Most Holy being "torn in two from top to bottom" (Mark 15:37, 38), showed that the "heavenly calling" was now "open" (Heb 3:1), the selection of members of God's Kingdom could now begin, with Jesus being the first "chosen one".(see Luke 9:35, that says at Jesus transfiguration: "Then a voice came out of the cloud, saying: “This is my Son, the one who has been chosen ("chosen", Greek eklegomai, meaning "to select, to pick out, choose").
