GAME. Hands down. The movie is either where the series jumped the shark or where it became very clear that the series wouldn't get any better depending on your feelings on Alien 3, but the game is one of the best Alien games, up there with Isolation and the AVP series. The weapons feel fun to use, the difficulty is punishing, yet rewarding, the Aliens themselves are on top form, and it's genuinely frightening too. Sure, the plot is still not good, but the atmosphere and world Ripley-8 and the Betty crew have to survive in more than make up for it. Ironically, I feel that when it comes to the best version of the plot, Alien: Romulus, the most recent entry, does a much better job of tackling the concepts found in Resurrection the film, from a better cast of characters, to better scares and a much better take on the Human/Alien hybrid concept. Seriously, the Offspring makes the Newborn its bitch, and it's the most terrifying part of the film whereas the Newborn was the cherry on top of a shark jump sundae.

I love this movie so much its such a silly one

PCXS2 has finally had a massively substantial update- one that was much needed, and it's great. But for the purposes of making these shortcuts, the "--nogui" command is no longer recognized with two dashes. Everything else is fine, just remove one of the dashes. It should look like "-nogui" now. Here's a full example target line: D:\PCSX2\pcsx2.exe "D:\PCSX2\ISOs\Shinobi.iso" -nogui Hope this helps!

"Do the sequels" they say...... .....meanwhile I'm over here....just absently wondering why there isnt a montage of clips from all the other Batmans...Batmen?...saying or demonstrating the now-canon creed that Batman Does Not Kill interspersed with clips Michael Keatons Batman offing henchmen, blowing up chemists, machine gunning down innocent civilians trying to take out the Joker (seriously, Bruce, you have machine guns on your plane and spray the entire street but you can't hit the guy in clown getup who's less than ten feet away from the plane that you're actually aiming for? Are you sure you're qualified for this gig?) setting people ON FIRE and straight up murdering the Joker. Twice. Seriously though this is an awesome trailer. I barely remember seeing this in theaters and hearing the collective "Oooooo!!" At the logo reveal. This had much the same effect. Excellent work.

I really enjoyed this. I can feel the love for the film. You kept Keaton as Batman to a minimum and used his speech as a narration clip to tell the story. If i had one small criticism it would beThe Joker is a nice reveal in the film so I might have held those images back. But seriously you did a Great Job!

The funniest thing with Alien Resurrection is that you can definitely tell it's a movie where director and screenwriter butted heads. I never played the game but honestly the idea of Ripley gaining some sense of peace by destroying the failed clones would have been nice to see in the actual movie. It's kinda funny that The Matrix Resurrections was the film that nailed how to look at nostalgia

It’s always interesting when external media is able to surpass the source material/mainline entries in something. Too bad the film was a dumpster fire. At least the weird stuff gave us some good laughs, and that game was spawned from it. Too bad movie games are pretty much dead now. Sure, on average they ranged from mediocre to absolutely atrocious, but seeing those adaptations was interesting regardless. I miss licensed games.
