Not all keyboard will let you press that much. Not all keyboard support key rollover. Additionally, this could introduce PCB flexing that could create problems down the line because you are not pressing all of them with equal force. And not all switches may activate fully when you are pressing all of them down due to issues with getting a consistent down force on the PCB to depress the switches evenly.

You know when you have bad keyboard, pressing one key activate 2 or more keys nearby at the same time, by swiping over key you can see on screen the motion going left to right and not instantly all the key pressed light up
