This Information Is Very important and Interesting, Especially if I haven't Ever Done Recycling To This Extent Before & Do NOT Want To Contaminate Everything & Mess Everyone Else Up, But $25 Surcharges & $10 Surcharges are An Extreme Measure For Us As Senior Citizens Who's Income Is Very Limited To Begin With. So If A Mistake is Nade, Then We Have To Pay " Surcharges" & Then Choose What Things We Will Have To Do Without That Month Like Food Or Medications. Very Grave Lesson To Have To Learn, and If Our Memories Are NOT Very Sharp This Could Possibly Happen Every Week, & Affect Our Overall Health & Well-Being. Wow, Maybe Ut Would Be Better To NOT Recycle At All, Then We Couldn't Possibly Make Any "Contamination Errors". I certainly hope that My Confusion & Comments due to that Confusion are NOT Against The Community Guidelines. I did NOT mean to seem difficult, but So Much Of This Information Confuses Me, Im Sure Once It Becomes "Old Hat" & "Second Nature" to me Everything will Come Together. I really would appreciate any & All Responses To My Questions & Concerns so It Will Eliminate Most If Not All Of My Confusion with these New Guidelines and Surcharge Explanations. It's Got To Be A Learning Curve & Has To Become Easier With Familiarity. Thank You

What way do they "Warn" you before charging you "Surcharges" Could It Possibly Be Putting A Label Showing The Correct Procedures Onto My Recycling Bin?
