Electric cars is a short term fad… it’s not environmentally friendly as batteries require mining, manufacturing and more importantly how to dispose of expired 10year old batteries.. that’s right current electric car batteries last at max 10years. With a price tag of 10k to 40k$ in battery swap.. not to mention the extreme cost of electricity to charge and the strain on electric infrastructure is high.. ICU Hydrogen engines is the future.

hydrogen has to be produced, and as of right now, we have no efficient way of producing hydrogen; hydrogen production requires more energy than the hydrogen produced can give. also, pressurized hydrogen is incredibly dangerous to transport and handle, so all infrastructure will have to be very expensive. shove yo hydrogen up ya bum

There are already prototype cars in existence that can produce hydrogen onboard by applying electrical current to a water reservoir in the car. The gaseous hydrogen is collected from the tank, pressurized and stored in a tank to be used by the engine. You are manufacturing high pressure hydrogen as you drive. You really don't need an infrastructure to store hydrogen fuel.
