do you have anything for roller blinds that make a constant clicky noise when the sun hits them in the morning?

Can these be opened and closed using an app so I can do it from work..?

Hhaha fixing a blind that isn't rolling up and down correctly will cost you exactly, 1. A roll of paper style masking tape. 2. 1-5 minutes of your time. All you need to do is roll the blind all the way to the bottom exposing the tube at the top where the blind is attached. (Some blinds have a metal or plastic stopping bead which prevents the blind rolling all the way down . Easily remove this with pliers). Once the tube is exposed you place a piece of tape on either the left or right hand side of the tube depending on which way the blind is running wrongly . Eg if the blind is grinding against the left side while it's going up you will place tape on the right edge of the tube. Apply 1 or two small bits of tape on this side and roll up . If it continues to grind on the left side add more tape to the right side. If it over corrects and starts grinding on the right side just add some tape to the left edge of the tube. The smaller the piece of tape the less effect it will have. So just use trial and error. You don't need to pay to have someone come out.

Hi - One of our vanes/blades doesn't turn, but it's because the bit of gearing is broken that meshes with rod that runs the length of the blind (and rotates to spin the vanes). What are the repair options? Thanks.

Hi Colin. It could be the magnet is stuck up one end of the track, or the track doesn't have a magnet in it. The magnet is about 2.5cm x 1cm. Have a look for it and see if you can adjust it back to the middle. If that doesn't work, you may need to take it to a local blind manufacturer like us - Premier Shades to fix it for you.
