It' the law that if any individual or any organisation is on possession and enjoy ment of any property for years and nobody has come forward to claim the property then the concerned person has every legal right to file an application before the tahsildar and land trrribunal to grant them occupancy right as tenents

Or our government will never interfere with our Muslim personel law

Then why worry.. our government will never interfere with the Indian constitution law

When such is the fact then why are the waqf board authority worried about....??

And if the waqff board is in possession of property which have no documents to prove that the said property does not belong to the waqf board, the waqf board has every legal right to file an application before the concerned authorities {eg before the tahsildar and land trrribunal to grant them tendency certificate).

No court of law Wil interfere with the property of the waqf board if the waqf board has cogent,oral and documents.
