Love your style!! Just found your channel🙂 Of all coincidences, we had a daughter in August and named her Penelope!!
What a beautiful baby girl! I love your setup! This was a very inspirational video!
Where did you get that b6 cover? I love it! Rachelle in Seattle
It’s a burnt orange moterm. Amazon 42$
Awww what a beautiful baby 😊, and I enjoyed your planner set up so much I’m getting a stalogy.❤
I’ma new subscriber - what a Sweet baby! My baby girl is 31 and her baby girl is 8 years old - I miss those tiny baby squeaks! Penelope is precious. I remember the days seemed so long but the years have now passed by with the blink of an eye 😢!
Beautiful spread and baby!! Question im looking to try out a stalogy for 2024 i would like to know is the A5 or B6 bigger.
A5 is biggee
Beautiful set up!
Where did you get all the cute fall vellums
Hi, do you mind sharing how you search for images on pinterest? Words? Gif?
Hello beautiful, Penelope!
Would you be willing to do a tutorial video of how you make and print all of your vellum sheets? I can’t figure out Canva and it seems to effortless for you. The sizing throws me off….how does everyone size something for all of the different planners out there?
Absolutely! It definitely had a bit of a learning curve, I will work on putting together all the things that helped make it easier for me
Love it! Also, where did you get the coffee themed Apple Watch band? 😍
I found it on Lux bands.
Yes, it’s from Lux Bands! 😊
You're always such a big inspiration!! I was watching your old videos this week actually lol, to get inspo for autumn. When I want to decorate my planner/journal I think about you bc you were the only person I could find on YT that showed how to tip in vellum in a notebook, so I'm forever grateful for that haha. Also, hi Penelope!!
Aw thank you so much! I’m glad my video about tipping in vellum was helpful! I specifically made it because I struggled to find a tutorial on how to do it when I first wanted to try it - it seems so simple when you know how, but for someone who’s never done it before, it’s not obvious at first!
Love it! I'm assuming this is not your first baby rodeo!
Thank you! ❤️ She is our second & last baby, we also have a 5 year old son 😊
I absolutely loooove your set ups videos. When I see the videos up I immediately stop what I am doing and watch. And can we talk about how absolutely adorable/precious your sweet baby girl is?!?!
Aw thank you so much!
As soon as I saw Penelope my nose filled with that newborn smell! She’s so beautiful! Congratulations! Also LOOOOOVE this video! The set up, the vibes! Your cute table! Lol loving it! Definitely makes me excited for fall! 🧡
The newborn smell is the best!! Savoring every second of this phase 🥰
Where do you get your vellum from, that you print on? Beautiful setup by the way! 😍
Either Michael’s or Hobby Lobby 😊 I’ve also ordered from Amazon before but I like the quality of the ones I’ve gotten from craft stores more!
Finally someone bringing back the personal size TN, I love this size for my EDC in my bag . I’m so happy you made this video ❤🎉😂
🥰🥰🥰
yayyyyyy!!!! so excited for this video!! love everything!
🎉🎉🎉🎉
I’m a new subbie. My first weeks.
Are you using a chic sparrow cover for your weeks? If so, would the weeks mega fit in it?
7:50 where are your “day” stickers from? 🫶🏼
Where do you buy your supplies from??
Great video! Signifies or something like that, I think it's called.
For 2023 I got me a hobonichi weeks. It is my first time. My hubby is making my cover. I am looking for non dated, plain or graph notebooks, same size of hobonichi weeks. Do u know where I can find some?
Do u have a link to those notebooks?
My hobonichi weeks is a mega. Im using the notes pages for journaling. 2 days on one page.
I moved into mine a couple days ago cuz I don’t have patience for December😂😂😂.
I love this idea.. one thing I've learned this year is that once I took the pressure off myself to fill in every day in my cousin that I not only enjoyed it more, but was more willing to jump back in because I didn't have to "catch up." This year I'm having a cousin dedicated to just being a messy "whatever" planner that will be my main planner. Everything else is decorative or added and if I don't do everyday then that's fine. Kind of the same theory as your main planner. Great video explaining it!
I have arrived on the same conclusion as u, I have tried so many different styles, some I only stuck to it for a week...now i dont even know where I documented my stuff which makes me lose the whole purpose of planning and keeping track of thinks.
This is the exact system I’ve used for the past two years. It just works ❤
Thank you for this. I hope the term and concept of an "anchor planner" catches on because it has the power to free us from planner hopping guilt.
Thanks for sharing. Is the November notebook a cut down stalogy?
oh i'm so glad i found you! I'll start with a hobonichi weeks for the first time in 2023 and I have no idea how to start. I would also like to decorate nicely and now I find your videos super helpful! you save me hehe :) Thank you very much and more of the content please. (sorry for the strange English, I'm German) Greetings Melly :) p.s. your planners are so pretty 😍😍😍😍
This was SUCH A GREAT VIDEO! And something I really needed to hear. This is going to be my first year in the weeks, and as I’ve watched a bunch of videos on RUclips (which don’t get me wrong they’ve all been very helpful) I just sink inside when, I set up a couple of pages it doesn’t look like the last video I saw or the next one I will see 😂. What you talk about of your planners purpose and then the other planners meeting those other needs not only is brilliant but also very comforting! Thank you ❤
I just LOVE your analogy of the quirky best friend. This has really helped me realize that the Hobonichi weeks has also been my quirky best friend. And that the rest are should be just for fun. It is very freeing!
Thank you for talking about your process. Last year was my first year using Hobonichi and I LOVE them. But I also found myself copying beautiful spreads and then not feeling like it was "me". This year I am giving myself permission to just let it be. And adapting good ideas to fit my life and style. Thanks for the tips! And for being genuine.
5:37 i _DIED_ at * random screeching * 😂😂😂
This is the best planner advice i’ve heard!!! Great video!!! My weeks is my workhorse since 2019!!!
Love this video! I function plan & this video speaks to my planning style. Great job. I use a Traveler's Notebook - and it works great for me.
thanks for sharing! I lose track of my planner being for, you know, plans, sometimes. So this was helpful! I'm moving into a standard TN next year, but I might have a personal rings set-up also. :)
I had to go through the same process to narrow down my system. I kept going back to the Passion Planner, like you said it was my quirky best friend 🤣. I have a disc setup for reference and goal setting and a B5 leuchtturm for notes and ideas. I do sometimes miss all the hobby notebooks and systems.
Love your channel and your style, i look forward to all your new videos… that cover 🤍🤍🤍 and those paper clips with the winter hat… loveeee. Im always on the hunt for new ideas, monique’s system is so intriguing but not exactly what i want and need but you have given me the inspiration to make my own.
For 2023, I have my planner which is a 2 book system: the Jibun Techo Biz and Days in B6 slim. It's easy to carry and I can put work and personal stuff in there. I have a variety of notebooks for note taking. At the end of the day, I have been summarizing the day in my A5 Hobonichi Cousin.
Yey I’m your 1000k sub 🎉 love your videos
This video has helped sum up what I need to do in 2023. Thanks for sharing. I have my 2023 Hobo Weeks Mega and it will be my Quirky Best Friend. 😊 Now, I need a “side chick” monthly notebook for everything else that I want to do but don’t stay consistent with like tracking, a food log, memory keeping and gratitude. There are so many great options available now.
Sooo many options 😂 I keep just wanting to collect everything and do it all but my brain and my wallet wouldn’t be too happy if I did that 😅
“Side-chick” 😂😂
Hi! Great video, really clear and interested to see how you use the weeks
Thank you! I will do an update on the Hobo Weeks soon to go a little more in depth on how I use it 😊
I call my planner my mothership. It keeps everything I need for the year.
I have heard that term as well, I love the mothership/satellite visual for a main planner + the other companions 😊
