Walking alone won’t do it, if you really want results pretty quick look into fasting it does work it sucks a little at first but you’ll get used to it quickly. I went from 240 down to 204 in just over a month, all I did was eat once a day if you get the munchies later in the evening you can snack on something more healthy you like, just don’t gorge you have to control it. Then fast for an entire 24 hours only drink fluids. Then eat a meal just don’t stuff yourself, fast for another 24 hours. Then after your next meal go 48 hours work your way yo 36 hours breaks in eating and watch the weight fall off. If you have any health issues like diabetes or blood pressure problems don’t do it because it’s not safe for those issues. The hunger pains suck but only last about an hour or 2 then you won’t feel hungry anymore. Trust me it works if you can do it.

Never have gotten one of Your Ride with Purpose stickers. I ride a 2008 1300 V-Star that earlier this year I put a convertible trike kit on since blowing a fear tire in September of last year.

I bought a pair of these a coupe years ago at the swap meet and these are reay comfy, and I agree to the padded ankLe uniqueness and comfort. I got rid of the laces and use paracord. eyelets good, quick-loops good, sole and welt good. I have the brown pair, and the leather is quality. I treated with milk oil paste, shined them with the wrong darker brown KIWI polish, but I am happy with them. Agree on the tall toe part, it too a bit of getting used to, to shift my Harley.
