As part of the Royal Navy Royal Marines Motorsport Association the Road Race team is made up of serving and reserve members of the Royal Navy and Royal Marines.
The team has been racing for over 5 years and are part of the Inter Service Championships run by Thundersport GB. The overall aim for the team is represent their service with pride and to compete at a high level against not only the Army and Airforce but the wide talent that race in the paddock.

Surprisingly all I needed to do was hammer the foot peg straight and file down the sharp bits! Brand new rear sets as well 😩🤦🏻♀️ but me and the bike got off lightly considering!
@@nonplus102 yeah as far as crashes go, that's not bad. I've bent two sets of Josh's rear sets so far 🤣🤦
Great video shows all my weak points can see where everyone gains 😁 . Like the way you open open mcleans where i go to tight giving you a good drive out and although i brake ok into chicane im rubbish getting the drive out . Well ridden

Good race. You made good ground on the group in front of you, great on the brakes, but they were quicker out of the corners. Hit the gas as soon as you're on the apex. You're waiting until you're through the corner.

I was watching this race. I saw josh leaning passing at the entry to the mountain, looked bloody quick. Bet that made you jump didn't it? Well done they are a fast bunch in that group!
Yes, had a few close calls during my two races amongst the Elites and Sportsmen, but was very good experience!

the surface not slides
It does a little, but the carts lay down a layer of rubber which is very sticky. After a while the bikes rip it off then it gets slippy

If ever I was gonna have a go at this it would defo be on a twin. they make it look so easy to ride they don't look like there trying to kill you like the other bikes so smooth
Believe me the camera hides a lot.
