Great conversation. Charles Michael Davis is one of my faves to watch. I often watch movies and think, if he auditioned for this role -- why didn't he get it -- because I can see it was a role meant for him (stated proudly as a fan with no casting experience AT ALL LOL). Most recently... It Ends With Us. Not taking anything away from the actor in the role, but Michael would have been a great Atlas. Thank you both for sharing. I can't wait to see what comes next. Really enjoyed this interview. Carly, Im so grateful you took that role as Sam on Popular. I will tell you that during that time, I was living a nightmare as a closeted gay kid in high school being bullied every day all while growing up in a very religious household where I had no relief or comfort to be myself. I wanted to disappear too and very nearly did. Your show gave me a reason to laugh and something to look forward to in a time where I had very little keeping me going. You had such an impact on me and I will be forever grateful for that. Thank you.
