May be as per ur calculations, but according to the increasing Land prices, construction cost, labour cost, etc., it will keep on rising, may be with slow pace, but it won't become even 25% downside.

@@primelandproperty I am talking about prices of flat....if you calculate the price of flat wrt Land then builders are " Looting" public... Better not to invest in this Bubble...Invest in Agriculture land...

@primelandproperty let's hope so...I am using this road for last many years, the condition is same....Even flyovers proposal has completed 3 years....Yes, we can expect a good road after 15-20 years for sure...by then the offices will also move to better planned cities
