This looks like the way I do jobs at home. Make a few stair stringers, go up and fasten some spindles, oooh squirrel, let's do some lattice. Haha! I'm sure you have a method. For me, I just get bored easy. :)
Should have used drop-ins with the board bolted to the wall. Tapcons are typically not allowed by code and if something would happen, insurance will not cover the damage or medical bills.
It's an ok job. Proper way is to install a mitered edge with the composite board around the entire deck and also have the perimeter board pass the edge of your 2x4 framing so it covers your facia board. Your deck is ok for an amateur builder
Fast setting concrete doesn't require mixing pour in hole dry add some water and that is the manufacturers direction on how to use there product save you a little work mixing all that concrete in a trash bag
The framing will rot soon from the ground up and from the top down! No joist tape on top of framing and supporting posts are touching the soil. Not up to code.
in Canada, they are $16 each, so about $500 vs $30. This is a poorman's deck that will last 5 to 10 years in Florida because the soil is sandy and drains decently. If he coated the bottom of the supports with some waterproofing, he could easily get that to 15 years or more.

Thank you for the Deck building Video. Why not add Joist Butyl tape on top of the joist to prevent from rot?

This job needed tuff blocks and some weed fabric. Would have saved you digging all those holes. Lifted rhe lumber off the ground and prevented weeds.
