That was an impressive episode. Thompson is a great engine and he got to show just how really useful he is. Coming to James's rescue was the thing that secured his place on the railway. The part with James being teased at the end was funny.

I wonder if Michael Bisping or Noel Gallagher could voice James?

Another great episode mate and the visuals are beatiful was great fun voicing edward again!

The filming was great, as always, but the story was underwhelming. It's the same story we've seen a million times before (new engine appears, existing character insults or makes fun of them, and then gets in trouble, new character helps him out, and they apologize) with nothing new being added (apart from the engines teasing James at the end, which has also been done a million times). A lot of stories that introduce new characters have this problem. I know you probably already have a plan for Thompson in future stories, but you should really try and give him more creative stories, and develop him further, if you want your audience to be invested in him.
