I think it's just the hospital itself that could have strict photography policies. As far as I know this professional building's owned by a separate company & I'm not sure if the hospital security patrols this part.

This elevator was in crappy shape, even if the mod. didn't improve it too much it was definitely needed.

Man this is TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE that they kick you out I wish they can just PLEASE understand there are special needs adults that it TAKES TIME for special needs to just think twice before a special needs adult can answer the question

I see this happened at one of the Jewelry District buildings. I have no idea if they require visitors to sign-in in these types of buildings or not typically. I also have no clue if this building has "retail" jewelry businesses, "wholesale" businesses (in which case they may be more strict about who they let into the building?), or jewelry manufacturing (which I assume isn't open to the public or at least it would be frowned upon). I'm unsure how strict these buildings are typically, though I think photography is strongly frowned upon.

The fact that you were harassed by security for simply browsing a store is beyond absurd. And the fact it was only you is dictionary discrimination! And this is why I don't have much respect towards security guards. They are some of the rudest people you will ever meet. More likely than not because they are either poorly paid or poorly trained or both. Either way, it shows you how much we are declining as a nation. This shouldn't be tolerated for anyone.

On Keycarded elevators (not smart keyed), you can hit your floor right when someone taps their keycard for their floor as you can hit more than one floor at once with a single tap. This tailgate technique works on most Keycarded elevators that are just regular keycarded; Smart keyed is different.

This isn’t the Westin, it’s just called the W hotel. I know those names are confusing, but interesting that both hotels have Otis luxury.

I came here just three days ago, and this was nothing sort of amazing! Only issue was that the elevator door was propped open on a certain floor and wouldn’t respond to any calls from either floors, so I had to go chase it down on the regular elevator to find where this elevator car was sitting on, but other than that, it works great!

they should keep that elevator as is.
