Wow, the progress from day 1 to now is really good. Since you're doing it daily, your volume must be low, no? So that you recover? How many sets do you do?
@@Strangeronapath yes i mostly do strength training for arms and core since my upper body is a bit weak. Dead hangs 3setsx30secs, scapular raises 3setsx5each, negative chin upx3 , chin up hold for 3x10secs, and something called Australian pull-ups in 10,8,6 in 3 sets. Used to use resistance band for support but slowly trying to rely on my own strength. Also push-up training.
Do you try other variations too, like a pull up? How old are you and how long have you been training?
@@Strangeronapath I initially tried pull-ups but it was way too tough for me so started with chin ups. I’m old 😅 26 haha. Been training since August this year.
