I don't think you can re-edit an infobox using the extension, but you can go to the infobox's page (e.g. yourwiki.miraheze.org/wiki/Template:Infobox-character) and then manually edit it. Be sure to use the source editor, not visual editor. The syntax is pretty easy to figure out, and Fandom has good documentation as well: community.fandom.com/wiki/Help:Infoboxes

it can be difficult to trouble-shoot from the RUclips comment section. if you followed the video all the way to the end and the problem is still there, it's probably best to ask for further assistance on Miraheze Meta or the Miraheze Discord server.

it's difficult to tell without being able to see it. if you give the link to the infobox that's having trouble, I can give it a look :) Miraheze Meta and the Miraheze Discord server are also good places to ask, they're usually pretty fast to help and they know a lot more about this stuff

I'm not super good at skins and the graphical aspects of wikis, so I think it's best if you reach out to the Miraheze volunteers via Miraheze Meta or their Discord server. They're gonna be able to help with this much better than I can :)

You have to go to manage this Wiki’s extensions as said in the video. Type in portable and hit save

on Miraheze, you don't have to download the extension, you just have to turn it on in Special:ManageWiki/extensions

this tutorial won't work on Miraheze Meta because the PortableInfobox extension isn't enabled there. you have to do it on your own Miraheze wiki :)

you don't need to add extensions other than Portable Infobox. the basic troubleshooting steps I can think of are: - double-check whether the extension is enabled (in Special:ManageWiki/extensions) - double-check that you're on the right page for the infobox builder (Special:InfoboxBuilder) - wait a couple of minutes and refresh the page. it can take some time for it to load, especially the first time if it's still not working, the Miraheze Discord server is the best place to ask for further help with troubleshooting :)

- the Mediawiki and Wikipedia help pages are really useful, both for beginners and for more experienced editors! basic wikitext, images, templates, tables, etc...are all explained super in-depth. Fandom also has great guides geared more towards building a community (how to make policies, be a good admin, SEO, etc.) - if you're stuck on something, take inspiration from other wikis: how is their styling, category structure, page lay-out, policies? it's almost guaranteed another wiki has dealt with the same thing and found a solution. this gets me through 95% of the problems I run into. I try not to worry about getting things "perfect" on the first try, I mostly take things as they come and learn as I go. "Rome wasn't built in a day", as they say.

I didn't realize the volume was that low, I'll keep it in mind for next time.
