I think the harvest should have been -ATK and -SPD, its a “bounty to the patient afterall” Also you could unlock additional mechanics of each god by finding their shrines and praying on them. The End: HP reduced to one but your attacks one shot all non boss enemies and real 4x the damage on bosses, Alternatively: the game gains a time limit but all damage is halfed, gain increased def and autododge and hp regen. The harvest: Exp gain, Hp recovery, gold gain and item gain are doubled, but they are all “stored for later” you only receiving them at the end of each level (hp recovered this way can go over your max hp) The Wanderer: you gain no gold at all, gold instead becomes healing, also you sacrifice an item for a extra life The Wizened: The entire map is revealed aswell as monster hp and damage numbers, you might randonly be inflicted with the madness status effect. Chaos: Stats, equipment and inventory randomized every few seconds

not sure if you or anyone played guild wars. from left to right . images look like Balthazar(god of fire and war), Abaddon (wisdom and water), Dwayna(life and air), Melandru(earth and nature), Lyssa( duality and chaos). only 5 of the gods. there are 6 total including Kormir(which replaces Abaddon) and Grenth(Cold and Death).

Just finished my first Harvest run and damn, people said it was underpowered, but man was it worth it. I mean sure, the ability to plant seeds looks a bit weak at first, but it gets incredibly valuable if you do a Druidic Path build. I mean seriously, being blessed by Harvest as a Druid feels like getting a treat. The downside is that, just as Harvest becomes your enemy if you do a The End run, End hates you and sends its chosen after you if you pick Harvest. Now the good news is that you get those bloody annoying plant creatures as allies now. But uh...remember Mortimer, the f@cking awesome Grim Reaper you get as a companion from Chapter 2 if you serve our best boi End? Yeah, HE comes after you from the midpoint of Chapter ONE! Dude is built like freaking Pyramid Head and is twice as persistent. Oh AND he teams up with the regular final boss if you do the secret ending for Harvest. And to think all The End run does to boost the final boss fight is give it a poison effect... So all in all, if you pick Harvest, the game essentially becomes about managing your planted seeds, building up your army of plant monsters and then RUNNING LIKE HELL from old Reaperboy over here. Like a weird mixture of Harvest Moon and Fear & Hunger... Also, don't open any Chaos chests unless you have The Cultist as a companion. The RNG is incredibly broken and it'll just wreck your plants more often than not. I loved doing a Chaos run where you can actually level up and get buffed with the chests, but any other deity it has just been my death warrant.
