O desafio é enorme e o José Garrido refere que não há apenas uma forma que vai fazer com que essa evolução aconteça repentinamente. Há um conjunto de factores que vão influenciar
Para a parte rural um mini starlink com acesso à Internet e depois capacitar essas crianças com calma. Não vai ser de repente

Viva Ivan, eu diria o seguinte: Softs - Comunicação, Resolução de Problemas, pensamento crítico, criatividade, flexibilidade. Hard - Programação, Cyber, analise de dados e competências digitais de forma transversal
As IAs não irão substituir os humanos. O que vai substituir os humanos serão outros humanos que usam as IAs com uma co criação perfeita. Quem não entender isso vai ser atropelado
Ainda é cedo para saber com exactidão o que vai acontecer. Mas certamente que quem não interagir com a inteligência artificial terá grandes desvantagens
A próxima coca cola será a combinação do problema a resolver e as entradas certas para os LLMs. As Ias irão passar o teste de Turing em pouco tempo. Iremos qualquer dia ter um "presidente da junta" uma IA
O chat gpt 4o já veio trazer uma luz sobre como a IA vai interagir com o meio. A analogia do presidente da junta é engraçada, mas todos os trabalhos vão ter potencial de ter disrupção. A resposta está em algo tão simples quanto: o frigorífico trouxe o frio permanente, a IA traz inteligência a preços baixos

It’s a matter of strategy and investment before we can lower prices
The problem with Africa and the Internet is the Companies that are suppose to distribute the Network are not doing their jobs, and the prices are Horrifying, it is so expensive that only the top 10 % has access to it. If you take South Africa, the Giant of Africa, the 99% have access to the internet but cannot afford it, it is crazy.
The discussion is around that fact too. We need better strategies and investment in the IXP’s
