Smart Switches : Smart Life : Faulty LSPA7
After a few weeks of use, my smart life LSPA7 smart switches went wrong, they keep turning themselves on/of/on/off…
it has ruined all the appliances that were plugged onto them !?

even through a crappy camera mic it sounds great
I just ordered one! July 2021. Compared to the current astronomical price of the vintage units and the expense to service them. This unit sounds great to my ears.
@thisguy5611 I’m using it on a drum bus sometimes depending on the source material. I find it to be a bit dark sounding compared to the Chandler Zener that I also use on the drum bus. Not simultaneously of course. It’s either or. I have to really eq in some top end to get a bit more hifi sound out of it. I wrote to Pierre about it but got no response back. It is a great unit don’t get me wrong. I guess the darkness of it is attributed to the vintage emulation of the original Pye. My UTA UnFairchild compressor is another dark sounding unit. So I suppose you learn to eq after the compressor to add some luster back in. All good !
I love mine. Excellent for tracking, and must have on drum room while mixing!!
