Ukraine didn`t own any Nuclear weapons they were owned and operated by the Soviet union when the soviet union dissolved the custodian ship went to Russia as with the other one`s stationed all over the soviet Union such as those in Belarus, Kazachstan, Georgia so Ukraine gave up nothing they weren't theirs to give up they weren`t even in the negotiations.
