Chuck Norris is a very strong password.
Multi-factor is better, but if you must use only a password make it unique, memorable and long. Changings passwords regularly doesn't necessarily give you better protection unless you are operating in an non-secure environment. Do not use the same password on different platforms. Best practice is to use a pass phrase of random >words<, numbers and characters. For instance: 28DaysWatchingVideos4Random$tuff <- almost impossible to brute force and pretty easy to remember. Password safes are a good idea too, but I've seen them used in a way that creates a pot of gold for sophisticated bad guys.
i know this is facetious - but without giving to much out... we have got to figure out something better than the password in - industry...
