Jazz Workshop Australia is a creative music academy and learning community built around teaching, learning, and playing jazz. Located in the Sydney suburb of St Leonards, the JWA studio is a venue for music lessons, band rehearsals, workshops, school holiday camps, and masterclasses. Here we showcase the work and achievements of our students and faculty.
JWA Advanced Combo | Peaceful Warrior | Jazz Workshop Australia -
One of our advanced combos from 2024 led by Jack Stoneham. They are playing Peaceful Warrior by Aaron Parks. Recorded at their end-of-year concert and their last performance before all but one of them go off to university at Sydney Conservatorium of Music (one of them hasn't finished school yet). Most of these students were with us since they were beginners at jazz.
