    Is the hardware in the bed removed before the liner is sprayed in?

      It should be.. Just had my truck Line X'D they remove the bolts along with the tail gate.

    pls give the parameter for 10 cc dispensing i have avry time error to low dispens material & low compoted target

      dka - There is not one set of parameters that will work with all installations for dispensing a volume of 10 cc The "Low Computed Target" error happens when the total volume dispensed is below the value entered in your style, minus the low tolerance %. So if your volume requested is 10 cc, and the actual volume dispensed is 10 cc, but your style volume is set to 12cc +- 10%, you will get that error. So you can get this error even when the PCF is working perfectly, if your style parameters are not set correct. You want to set your style volume equal to the requested volume after you achieved the bead size/volume that you want. Depending on the type of flow meter you have in your system, you may need to open up the +-% tolerance The style volume parameters are set in the Fluid Plate setup menu, screen 8. You can go to the Jobs menu to see what the target volume, actual volume, requested volume and % error was for your last dispenses. The "Low Material" error can also happen if the +-% is set too low., like the previous error. This error It can also happen if you are asking for a higher flow rate than is possible for your system, if the supply pressure is set too low, if there is damage to your dispense nozzle. Please refer to Graco manual 3A2098 for more information. That manual can be accessed online by going to www.graco.com and typing 3A2098 into the search bar.
