Cannot be worse than out 070/090, You do not buy a Rolls Royce or Lagonda and ask salesman how many to the gallon it goes
I have had saws that were absaloutely hogs on fuel until about the fourth or fifth tank of fuel. With the 500i (I do not own one) I am starting to wonder if all the gas hog reports are new saws or plugged air cleaners?
That and dull chains don't help either
@Stihl4life nope! I was just told by my one of the fellows at one of my local Stihl dealerships (who owns a 500i) that they have a tendency to over rev when pared with a bar too short and that 28" is about perfect for the design. The guy hasn't led me wrong in the past but that is the first I ever heard of that one.
And, why do people care about this?🤨💀
Its cool😢
Cry@@MrAviation-y4s
Why don't you flip it 180 degrees and let it rest on the flat side?
Bar wasn't long enough
its the queen
Which Fransgard winch are you using?
Model 4021 I think
@@Stihl4life they are a great winch. All the best with it 👍
Check the remnants of that cap for the numbers that are on the underside. If there is a embossed letter D on it I believe Stihl still has an open safety recall on those fuel caps. Take it to a dealer for free replacement. You will need the saw so they can get numbers from it. I picked up a used 460 this summer and what a fabulous saw!👍
They are great saws this one is ported too. Ok thanks for info
@@Stihl4life Even better!👍
Sharpen the chain and use a couple of wedges
Wow is right, maybe learn to edit a little.
I did lol
I got mixed up with my 462😅 460 is 77 cc saw
New subscriber here I was just saying how much that I love my grapple
Very handy indeed
The Dynamic Duo 😂😂😂❤
Good work kid, and good job dad, seems like you're raising a good one
How dumb are you? Doing this with your kids around…. Oh I know. Dumber than the boards that nest is on.
😂
It wasn't as bad as I thought it would bee (😂)
Exactly, you were willing to expose your kids to an unnecessary danger while expecting a bigger reaction from the bees. Mouth breather.
why are there so much queen in the nest ??
I noticed that too. Not sure
They are next years queens. The species V. crabro usually completes the colony cycle by mid-November and should be empty by then.
@@herc1120 thanks you i didnt knew that :p
@@herc1120 that would explain why it looks like they are starting to narrow up the opening, when I looked last night
@@Stihl4life do you keep the nest in your house ? i mean i know european hornet are usefull but having a nest directely in your home could be a bit dangerous
Não entendi?
Como lo están construyendo al lado del spray para avispas, podría rociarlos en cualquier momento. gracias por mirar
WOW over 20 Mins to roll a log 90 degrees.
Bet you wonder how you got along before that grapple.
Game changer for sure
Bro the mice came out so fast
Ya they did lol
Wow very good job brother ❤❤❤
Yes, they do poop right down. I guess one reason not to put your head right under it.
I ended up putting down a "poop pad" to catch all the poo lol., we'll maybe if they do poo on my head it will make my hair grow 😅
Great documentation. Thanks for sharing this!
Glad you enjoyed it!
That’s a lot of stihl saws in the background and some really good seasoned wood.
Ya that red oak is hard lol
Impressive. Nice video.
Thank you very much!
Wedges?
@@Lonewolve1988 I thought about it.
The older ya get a longer bar means you don't have to bend over. Anything to save the back is very cool.
I'm 5'11" and hate bending over lol
Reasons to run a long bar. 1 there isn't any. 2 there isn't any 3 there isn't any. 4 if you absolutely have to and it sucks
Totally disagree! The longer the bar is.., the milder the "kick back" IF they should occur! (the tip of the bar has a much longer way to go) and the risk of it hitting you is significantly minimized
I know a logger that about cut his head off, from a 24"b/c on a 064 kicked back
cool little critters, they are really architects. if you have any plants, wasps are good for keeping them safe from pests, and also for pollination
Just make sure you don’t have any honey bee hives close
Holesome
They spit in the face of fear! Until fear spits back.

💪💪✌✌
Cool i have bald faced hornets they are easy to identify cus bald faced hornets are 1/2 to 4 inches in length and full black with white shoulder pads and a white face which is why they are called bald faced hornets
The make axes?!??
They have a German company make them and then brand them Stihl, just like their zero turns mowers are made by Ferris
I love these hope you go viral soon
Thanks

To much shenanigans, thats why after 2 weeks u don't have a comment, u got to be smarter!
Hello sir Why my saw is not throwing this much oil? My chainsaw is throwing just little bit how can I fix it?
What model saw do you have?
@@Stihl4life I have Ms 382 sir
@@ManojTamang-es9ji when was the last time you cleaned out the bar groove? How clean is the sprocket cover? If those are clean, then turn your oiler up by tapping in the stop pin. Turn your saw upside down and where you adjust the oiler there is a little pin you can tap in so when you can max out your oiler. I'll try to attach pic from your manual. And I will do a vidja on how to turn up your oiler too
its an european hornet not a murder hornet
Thank you for correction
@@Stihl4life np 👍
😂😂😂😂 love it
Hello! Nice setup!Is it 6m long?My F2+ is basic 4m long and I can cut up to 3,7m long logs.Great video!Cheers!
I can mill 6.8 meter log
Looks like you can make some extra wide barn board planks from a huge log like that. Good video.
Yes Sir. I am seeing how many 2x6s I can get for my shed. I have a bigger log, but I think I might bust out my Alaskan mill for milling that. Thanks for watching.
This guy is so on it and cool.
Are you Viking.?
