welcome back to my hormonal journey!
this is my honest post 1 year hormonal birth control update. if you havent watched my first few videos to the "Figuring Out my Hormones" series, I strongly recommend that you do. I have truly tried it (accutane, supplement routine, spironlactone, expensive facials, expensive skincare, cutting out dairy and gluten etc). The most important thing that I learned was that our bodies need time to readapt and lifestyle changes TAKE TIME TO WORK and they are worth the wait.
