User-Centered Design Can Improve Your Product
What if I told you that users’ feedback could become the most valuable asset in your product's growth?
User-centered design is a not-so-secret weapon at the heart of all successful products. It can help you achieve quicker product-market fit and boost your growth. But sometimes "listening to your users" is easier said than done as you're often restricted in terms of time and resources. How do you do it with minimum effort? Keep watching to find out!
Today, we're doing user-centered design 101. If you're a tech startup owner, a product manager, or communicate with UI/UX designers in any other capacity, that's not a lesson you can sleep through in the back of a class.

Thank you for this video, I wasn’t sure if I wanted to be a product designer or product manager. Now I know a product designer is more up my alley since I’m aiming to do UX designer.
you're killing it!
Thank you!
🎉 awesome 🎉
Thank you!
Can u provide the vdo link please
Sure! Here it is: ruclips.net/video/zGw2hZsM90U/видео.htmlsi=vylCEqA4hfSODhpt
Thank you for all the great examples you shared!
2:29 "take a look at the hi-fi wireframes and finalized design", "wireframe looks pretty similar to the final version" - no? the top image you displayed here does not look like a hi-fi wireframe, which (according to several other sources) should be "a close representation of the final design" and is "often indistinguishable from the final design in terms of layout" - which that top image is definitely not? I'm trying to understand the terminology and wonder if you put in the wrong image here? what I've seen from other sources, your top image resembles what is most commonly referred to as a "mid fidelity wireframe" - it doesn't have the right colors or spacing etc. it's all pretty confusing - I don't get the impression that designers really agree on this terminology? from what I've seen, the bottom image in your example here is often describes as either a "high fidelity wireframe", a "mockup", a "protype" or a "final design" - I've never seen what's in the top image here described as a "high fidelity wireframe". I just don't think designers really agree on these terms, do you?
thanks for this ..
I’m a heavy user of eleken and I recommend it strongly! Great content too
Thank you! we design interfaces, but you just designed our day😇 happy clients is the best part of running a design agency
thanks for sharing
take some breath between sentences😅
I have always looked at strips for inspiration.
We’re building an app for feedback, calling it Peerfecter.
great video, pro-tip -- .75 playback speed is perfect.
Step 1: Why your product exist? Step 2: Who is going to use it? Step 3: Gather input and feedback Step 4: Determine the main themes Step 5: Breake down themes into actionalble items Step 6: Choose the right roadmap format Step 6.5: Regularly review and update the roadmap

Excellent video and very well put together. You deserve way more view for this type of quality content. I appreciate that you took the time to create this and you added some nice music. I'm new to UX and I have an opportunity to work with our Product team. I need all the advice I can get hehehe.
Thank you for taking the time to watch the video and for your kind words. It's always great to hear that people appreciate the effort put into creating quality content. Best of luck with your opportunity to work with the Product team!

Thanks for your comment! I am glad you enjoyed the video😉
I recently solved a passion project for one of their roles to get an interview, I was equally mindblown as a designer.
🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥
I’m so glad your video popped up I forgot your channel name. You are the best tutor in RUclips . Can you do a video with different saas products be it finance domain or e-commerce or crm. How to visualize and explain a product roadmap for any random scenario given in an interview .
Happy to hear your feedback and your ideas! Added industry-specific videos to my content plan🙌
Your video has been very helpful to me since I am just starting as a Product Manager. but I haven't really seen your video really deep dive into the data analysis as a Product Manager, because I think it is quite a big part of the decision making as an Organization.
Glad it was helpful! Appreciate your feedback and suggestion. Agree with you, will consider creating a more detailed video on research and data analytics.
thanks for the information it means a alot to me ❤❤
My pleasure 😊
Amazing! Just found your channel and already find it valuable..
Welcome aboard!

Thanks a lot!
This video is undiscovered treasure, keep up the good work!
Thank you!
is your video AI generated avatar ?
No, it's not.
nice channel find! we are currently using Softr but are looking for alternative services that have better graphs/KPI. Do you know competitors that might be a better fit ?
Hey there! We're not experts, but we're planning to release a video soon about our experience with Framer and Retool.
WHen you talking about interviewing stakeholders, do you mean that they should already have "product strategy"? Can UX Strategy exist without Product Strategy?
Thanks for asking! We work with all kinds of clients. Some know exactly what they want, which makes designing easier. Others might not have a clear plan. Even though it's great when clients have a strategy, it's okay if they don't. We talk a lot with them to understand their needs so we can make good design choices and help them figure out the best way to improve their product.
kindly make the series on how can we make b2b products through Bubble
We'll be considering the video ideas you suggested. Thank you for your offer🧡
Video quality and content is good. Please change the background music or just make it more subtle. By the way loved your expertise
Thank you for your feedback! I really appreciate it😊
Back ground music is annoying , content is great !
Thank you for this comment. We will solve this problem🧡
I kept pausing the video thinking there was some strange disturbance going on outside my house. Then I realised it was the music in the video!
Thanks! Helpful video and template.
(1) Narrow ur core value. (2) Choose ur target market. (3) Make ur value proposition distinctive.
Very concise and informative. Thank you
You're welcome🧡
The background music is a solid piece of disturbance.
Thank you for this comment. We will solve this problem🧡
Just a feedback, video is good. but the background music does not let you concentrate.
Thank you for the feedback🧡
Sorry, I don't know if it's because my professional knowledge is not good or because of my listening comprehension ability. But I have some questions, can you answer them for me? First, you gave some examples of companies that have adopted the Freemium model and they've been successful. I don't understand why they are successful. For example, you just said "while Avengers Trends was a step ahead in introducing the social media panel when the medium first became popular. Some free users are predicted to level up level, pay to support additional features and more social media accounts. HootSuite still relies on freemium to keep its product competitive." So in the end, where does HootSuite succeed with its freemium model, and compared to Avengers, what specifically has HootSuite achieved by not charging customers? You also concluded that "The lesson here is that we should find our niche before it gets too crowded." I still don't understand the basis for drawing that conclusion. Similar to the example of MailChimp or Zapper, I also don't know why it is classified as a successful company with a Freemium model and not a failed company. And if successful, what factors determine that success? Conversely, which company failed and why do you think it failed? Where did you get that information from? Link to that source? I hope to hear from you as soon as possible. Thank you very much.❤
a couple... I have me
Thanks
