The land was purchased in the early 2000's and the villa was purpose built by it's previous owners and enjoyed for many years, they sold in 2012 and its current owners again have loved being here and enjoyed its stunning situation. Why is this "desinformation?" Have you visited the property personally? The video portrays how it is, or rather how it was. The property is now sold and the new owners are delighted! There maybe unprofessional, fraudulent agents, however we are not one of them. Have some truth in your comments and demonstrate and justify why! Placing random negative comments are neither of value and show the writer of such in a poor light.

It’s a perfect opportunity for those wishing to earn extra income whilst enjoying village life 🌄

Thank you for your comment John, unfortunately your information is not quite correct. The location states inland of Mojácar-this is correct, not false. When did you last visit Lubrín? Lubrín is indeed rich in many ways, not only in investment but agriculture with one of the most successful Almazara’s, Matadero’s and local quality producers which our community and visitors enjoy. Lubrín village won the El Gordo lottery several years ago producing many millionaires amongst its community. It’s culture and gastronomy is famous and it is very much on the tourist route. Lubrín is in the top 5 of destinations most searched for by foreign investors looking at Spain. It is far from poor. In fact the poorest are: Nijar and Vicar in Almería as at May 2022. Finally the price as it is now is modest for the size, location, quality and may see an increase with the high demand of property in this area.

@@casaycampothehomefinders-spain I feel obliged to answer. I know Lubrin, I have been there. I have also travelled Almeria extensively. Property value is not impacted by some locals winning the lottery. If that were the case, then why can I buy a 4 bed in Lubrin itself, for under 100k euros? Your own website is packed with large properties for under 150k, so to advertise a house at 450, just seems way out of the ball park. Anyhoo, good luck selling, I do hope the owner achieves their asking price.
