Okay so this was first time when I just let go of my need to control. I just let my hands do what thay do and connect to the music without judgement or control.
I was so afraid of letting go, that it felt like dying for a long time. I'm kinda controlfreak. I was even afraid to play guitar the way I wanted. I was afraid to let guitar and music guide me so I can let go and lose myself.
